The Institute for Environment and Energy Conservation (IEEC) as a founder has established a group of companies including System Energy Management Company (SEMKO), Global Design Institute (GDI), and ServisEnergoBud^*.

The group offers its clients energy supply solutions on a turnkey basis. Design, construction, engineering and consultancy units functioning within the group companies provide the full spectrum of services in projects identification, design and construction, as well as in raising funds by mechanisms set by the Kyoto Protocol to the UNFCCC (please see the chart below).

The group holds all licences required to design and build a power generation facility. We provide complete range of services in design documentation development, approval and due diligence process support, as well as in site supervision and warranty operation of projects
